The UKRG Annual Workshop will be held on Friday 2nd February 2024 at Hinsley Hall, Headingly, Leeds. For UKRG committee members, this will be preceded by a UKRG Committee Meeting on Thursday 1st February and a UKRG Strategic meeting on Wednesday 31st January.
Registration is now open and all visitors – committee members, speakers, delegates, students and exhibitors – are invited to register through the website.
If there is no room availability for you at Hinsley Hall to attend the 2024 Workshops, we would suggest you find alternate accommodation in Leeds. There are a few other hotels nearby Hinsley Hall, including a Premier Inn and Headingly Lodge which is located inside Headingly Stadium.

Visitors are offered onsite accommodation at Hinsley Hall. Hinsley Hall is the Diocese of Leeds’ Pastoral and Residential Conference Centre. It is a Grade II Listed Building located within the Headingley Hill Conservation Area. It opened in its present role in September 1999.
It is named after Cardinal Arthur Hinsley who was born in the village of Carlton, near Selby in 1865. He was ordained a priest in 1893 and in 1900 became the first Headmaster of St Bede’s Grammar School in Bradford.

A warm welcome awaits you at Hinsley Hall. Attractive landscaped grounds create a peaceful setting for our well-appointed facilities.
Their newly refurbished bedrooms provide guests with pleasant accommodation and free Wi-Fi access. There are a range of single, twin and double rooms and there is also a family room available. Some of the bedrooms and all other parts of the building are accessible for guests and visitors with disabilities.
The dining room seats up to 90 people and two smaller rooms are available for private dining. Bar meals are available at lunch or dinner and we can cater for all dietary requirements.

Exhibitors form an integral part of the workshop, allowing attendees to look at equipment, devices and literature about new radiopharmaceuticals. The exhibitors’ registration fee covers the attendance of one person at the workshop, plus 2 colleagues and a tabletop display area for an exhibit. There is an additional fee if more than three members from the same organisation wish to attend – see the price list above for these costs.
Exhibitors can include promotional material in the delegates’ conference bags for a small additional fee.
